Panama City Beach Rental Properties Rental Policies

Payment Policy
Half of the total payment will be due upon making your reservation. The other half will be due within 2 weeks of your arrival date. Credit Car, Check, Cash, Money Order, or Travelers Checks are excepted. There will be a $25 charge for any return checks. Upon Check In your Credit Card will be held for a $300 security and damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation we require a phone call to our office where you will be given a cancellation number. You are then required to mail a certified letter stating you are canceling the reservation along with the cancellation number provided by our office. Cancellations are only confirmed by receipt of a certified letter mailed to: Kaylor Mountain Cabins 181 Tammen Dr, Blue Ridge, Georgia 30513.

Reservations cancelled with less than a 1 month notice are subject to a $100 Fee. Any reservation cancelled with less than a 2 week notice forfeits $500 deposit and No Shows are subject to the entire rental fees. Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well. Sorry, No Exceptions
