We own and operate this new vacation property management company in Panama City Beach. We started this company to provide a better service to the owner and to the rental clients. As a fellow condo owner, we understand it is important to get the most return out of your investment. We have been renting our own condo for 3 years. We purchased the property as a rental investment. We feel Panama City Beach has one of the greatest rental potentials for earning homeowners money. This will be our 2nd Property Management company which we have started, owned and operated. We have owned and managed Kaylor Mountain Cabin Rentals, www.kaylormtncabins.com , in the North Georgia Mountains since 1999. We also own and operate Kaylor Properties Inc. d.b.a Mountain Country Realty, www.mtncountryrealestate.com and our land development company Bear Mtn Ridge, www.bearmtnridge.com . We have been in the rental, realty and developing business for 12 years. We have been very successful for ourselves and our homeowners. We strive to give 100% customer satisfaction to build clientele and referral business. This is why we have no intentions on managing more than 50 condos. This way we can personally check each unit before and after check in and cleanings.

We would like to cater to the more family oriented vacationers. We are only interested in managing units at resorts which are considered more upscale. We have a strict policy against renting to anyone under 25. We do not allow smoking and would not allow pets unless it was an owners request. We have a great, full time cleaning and maintenance staff. We are very picky about the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties. We would charge 25% for our service. Your unit would have at least 12 pictures on our website and on other sites which we advertise. This 25% would cover the management, all bookings, photography, cleanings and some small maintenance. Any big maintenance issues would be reported to you and if parts or extra services were needed, we would send you details and a cost.
