We recently opened PCB Rental Properties, LLC in Panama City Beach. We have been vacationers of PCB for over 20 years. We opened this company to provide a better service to the owner and to the rental clients. We feel Panama City Beach has one of the greatest rental potentials for increasing homeowner investment. This will be our 2nd Property Management company which we have started, owned and operated. We will provide top service in our Website across the World Wide Web. We have owned and managed Kaylor Mountain Cabin Rentals, www.kaylormtncabins.com , in the North Georgia Mountains since 1999. We also own and operate Kaylor Properties Inc. d.b.a Mountain Country Realty, www.mtncountryrealestate.com and our land development company Bear Mtn Ridge, www.bearmtnridge.com . We have been in the rental, realty and developing business for 12 years. We have been very successful for ourselves and our homeowners. We love working with the public.
